By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a programme, submitting a form, joining a community, using our resources, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and any programme-specific terms communicated to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our website, services, programmes, or resources.
1. About GutIQ
GutIQ FZ LLC provides educational, wellness, lifestyle, gut-health, Ayurveda-informed, functional-health, nutrition, and health-coaching related services.
Our services may include consultations, assessments, health and wellness reports, coaching programmes, digital resources, community support, educational content, courses, workshops, and related offerings.
Our services are designed to support individuals in understanding and improving lifestyle, gut health, metabolic health, and overall wellness through personalised, educational, and coaching-based guidance.
2. Eligibility

GutIQ’s services are wellness, educational, coaching, lifestyle, nutrition, Ayurveda-informed, and functional-health oriented.
Our website, programmes, consultations, reports, content, messages, resources, and recommendations are intended to support education, awareness, lifestyle improvement, and wellness planning.
They are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, emergency care, medical treatment, prescription, or advice from a qualified medical practitioner.

GutIQ does not guarantee any specific result, cure, reversal, symptom resolution, weight loss, laboratory improvement, diagnosis, timeline, outcome, or transformation.
Testimonials, case studies, reviews, screenshots, before-after stories, client experiences, or educational examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee that any current or future client will achieve the same or similar results.
Dissatisfaction with results, pace of progress, expectations, personal preference, inability to participate, or change of mind shall not constitute grounds for a refund, legal claim, chargeback, or compensation.
6. Programme Scope and Client Responsibility
Each GutIQ programme, consultation, report, course, digital product, or service has a defined scope, duration, deliverables, inclusions, exclusions, communication structure, and support mechanism.
You are responsible for reading and understanding the scope of the service before purchase.
You are also responsible for:
providing complete, accurate, current, and truthful information;
disclosing relevant medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, supplements, allergies, restrictions, pregnancy status, and other important details;
consulting your doctor where required;
implementing guidance responsibly and safely;
asking questions or seeking clarification through designated support channels;
attending scheduled calls or sessions on time;
following programme instructions within the stated scope;

GutIQ shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, false, misleading, or withheld information provided by you.
7. Programme Resources, Meal Plans, Recipe Books, and Educational Material
Any meal plans, recipe books, food lists, supplement notes, lifestyle resources, videos, guides, workbooks, handouts, community material, or educational content provided by GutIQ are intended for educational and supportive purposes only.
The inclusion of a food, ingredient, supplement, practice, or recommendation in a general resource does not mean it is suitable for every individual.
Personalised guidance provided to you during consultations, coaching calls, reports, or direct communication shall take priority over general educational resources.
If you are unsure whether any resource applies to you, you must clarify with the GutIQ team through the designated communication channel before implementing it.
8. Calls, Sessions, Communication, and Rescheduling
Coaching calls, consultations, group sessions, reviews, or support calls are provided according to the scope and schedule of the specific service purchased.
Calls and sessions are limited to their allocated time slots. If a call extends beyond the scheduled time, it is at the discretion of GutIQ or the assigned coach/practitioner and does not create any obligation or precedent for future sessions.
Rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Missed calls, late arrivals, no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled and do not entitle you to any refund, extension, replacement session, credit, or compensation.
GutIQ may reschedule calls where reasonably necessary due to team availability, illness, operational constraints, technical issues, or other circumstances.
9. Payments
All prices, fees, taxes, payment terms, currency, instalment terms, due dates, and inclusions will be communicated through the relevant website page, invoice, proposal, payment link, checkout page, written communication, or programme document.
By making a payment, you confirm that:
you have reviewed the applicable service details;
you understand the scope, nature, and limitations of the service purchased;
you agree to these Terms and the applicable refund terms;
you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
the payment information provided is accurate and lawful.
GutIQ reserves the right to change prices, offers, programme structures, inclusions, and payment terms at any time. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed unless otherwise communicated in writing.
10. Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks, Transfers, and Credits
All purchases made with GutIQ are final and non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing by GutIQ or required by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no refund, cancellation, chargeback, pause, extension, transfer, credit, adjustment, or compensation will be provided once payment has been made, including but not limited to circumstances where:
you change your mind;
you decide not to start the service;
you do not attend calls or sessions;
you do not complete the programme;
you do not use the materials, community, reports, or support provided;
you are dissatisfied with the service, pace, process, or outcome;
you expected a different result;
you fail to provide information required for service delivery;
you become unavailable due to personal, professional, travel, family, health, or scheduling reasons;
you discontinue participation voluntarily;
you are removed for breach of these Terms;
you purchased a digital product, report, consultation, course, or programme that involves immediate access, intellectual property, planning, preparation, onboarding, or front-loaded work.
GutIQ’s programmes and services involve significant intellectual property, internal planning, practitioner allocation, operational preparation, case review, resources, frameworks, and front-loaded work that begins immediately upon enrolment or purchase.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are earned upon purchase and/or commencement of preparation, onboarding, access, or service delivery.
Unauthorised chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal attempts in breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, recovery action, legal action, and/or additional administrative charges where permitted by law.
Any exception, goodwill credit, deferral, pause, transfer, extension, or partial adjustment granted by GutIQ in writing shall be discretionary, non-precedential, and shall not create any obligation to provide the same or similar relief in the future.
11. Digital Products and Immediate Access
Digital products, reports, assessments, guides, courses, videos, downloads, templates, community access, and digital resources may be made available immediately or shortly after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital access and intellectual property, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing by GutIQ or required by applicable law.
You may not copy, share, forward, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, modify, adapt, or commercially exploit any digital product, report, guide, course, video, assessment, document, or resource provided by GutIQ.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, text, graphics, images, videos, reports, assessments, questionnaires, frameworks, methods, programme material, consultation material, course material, recipes, guides, workbooks, resources, logos, trademarks, website content, and other intellectual property available on or through GutIQ’s website and services are owned by or licensed to GutIQ FZ LLC, unless otherwise stated.

GutIQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without refund if we believe that you have breached these Terms or acted in a manner harmful to GutIQ, its team, users, clients, systems, intellectual property, or reputation.
14. Misuse, Harassment, and Termination of Access
GutIQ maintains a respectful, professional, and safe environment for its team, clients, consultants, and community members.
Threats, harassment, abusive language, defamatory conduct, intimidation, repeated misuse of support channels, unreasonable demands outside programme scope, hostile communication, unauthorised recording, or attempts to coerce refunds or services outside agreed terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
GutIQ reserves the right to refuse further communication, restrict contact to written legal channels, remove access to programmes or communities, and defend its position legally where required.
Termination due to misconduct, misuse, harassment, non-compliance, or breach of these Terms does not entitle you to any refund, credit, extension, transfer, or compensation.
